How does arrival work?

Share flight times
We cannot send a driver without landing time and passenger names.

Pickup
A driver meets you and takes you to the hotel. If a flight is late, you message the coordinator.

Clinic days
Transfers run to the appointment, not to tourist hours.

Between appointments
Rest at the hotel. We do not pack a full holiday schedule into a dental week unless you ask and it is safe.

Departure
Drop-off is timed after the last clinical check, not before.

Is hotel included in a Turkey dental package?
Only if your written quote says so. Extra nights are a separate request.
What kind of transfer?
Private airport and clinic runs when the quote includes them. Vehicle type is confirmed with your dates.
Which hotel?
A 4- or 5-star partner hotel near the clinic when available. The exact name is given when we book, because availability changes.
Do you include flights from the UK?
Usually no. You book the flight; we take it from landing onwards.
Can a companion stay?
Often yes. Tell us names and if they need a second bed. Companion costs may apply.
What if my flight is delayed?
Message the coordinator. The driver plan is updated. Do not leave the airport without contact.
Is there a price for transfer only?
Usually inside the treatment quote. Ask if you need logistics only.
English-speaking driver?
The coordinator speaks English. Drivers vary. You will have a phone number that answers in English.
