Standard coordinated packages include hotel for the treatment dates and VIP airport/clinic transfers. You usually book UK flights. Extra holiday nights and companions can cost more. The exact hotel name is confirmed when dates are held, because rooms change. This is logistics around dentistry, not a tour package.
What ‘VIP transfer’ means here
A private car for landing, clinic, and departure — not a public bus. The vehicle type is confirmed with your dates. The coordinator, not necessarily the driver, is the English-speaking contact.
Hotel nights match the dentist, not Instagram
If the lab needs five nights, we do not sell three. If you want extra nights on the coast, say so early.
What you still pay separately
Flights, travel insurance, meals beyond the hotel plan if any, tourist trips, and companion extras. Ask before you assume breakfast or a sea-view room.
Delays
Late landings happen. Message the coordinator. Do not leave the airport without a name and a number.

Which hotel will I get?
A partner 4- or 5-star near the clinic when available. The name comes with the booking.
Are flights included?
Usually no.

Often yes. Tell us names and bedding. There may be a supplement.
Is there a price for transfer only?
Logistics sit inside the treatment quote. A standalone figure would be from £ TBC if published.
What if I miss the driver?
Call the coordinator number you were given. Do not book a random taxi and assume we can refund it.
Do you move hotels mid-week?
We try not to. If a room issue happens, we fix it; you should not have to negotiate the desk alone.
English at the hotel?
Tourist hotels usually have English at reception. Clinical questions go to us, not the front desk.
