Part of our aesthetic & plastic surgery pathway — coordinated end to end.
← Aesthetic & plastic surgery
The pinna may have variety of sizes and shapes depending on the person’s genotype. Ears complete their development phase up to 80-90 percent until the ages of 5-6.
Since ear development is nearly completed early in life, ear deformities become apparent during childhood. The most typical ear deformity is “Prominent Ear”. This deformity, which occurs when the ear auricle is located further at the front than usual, is present in many people’s bodies.
