Classic face-lift operation is the firming of face and neck skin by an incision that starts in front of the ear, passes through earlobe, turning back and going up, and ends inside the hairy skin.
Face-lift operation is always performed together with neck lift. In the case when sagging around the jowl and separation of muscles on the middle of the neck are apparent, these muscles are strengthened by making a small incision on the part below the chin.
