Gastric Balloon
Part of our bariatric surgery pathway — coordinated end to end.
← Bariatric surgery
In this method, a hollow balloon is placed in the stomach from the mouth with an endoscopy device. Thanks to the area covered by the balloon placed in the stomach, patients experience early satiety and satiety.
However, an important difference from other interventional methods is that the balloon is removed after a certain period of time (6 months - 1 year). Patients lose 10-20% of their excess weight during this period, depending on their structure.
