UK patient timeline: consult to flight home
From the website form to airport drop-off — the steps we actually run for dental patients, without a fantasy 48-hour makeover.

Form or WhatsApp with photos. Written plan and £ quote (from £ TBC until a starting figure exists). You book flights. We book hotel and transfers around clinic slots. You fly, treat, try-in, cement, and fly home with notes for your UK dentist. Rushing any of those steps is how trips go wrong.
Before you book a flight
Photos or X-ray, medical history, and a quote you understand. If we cannot see the teeth, the quote is provisional. Do not pay a large deposit to a stranger who will not name the dentist.
Booking week
Clinic calendar first, then hotel nights, then you buy the ticket to match. Share passenger names exactly as on the passport.
On the ground
Pickup, exam, treatment days, try-in, last check, drop-off. English coordinator on the phone. Hotel is for rest, not a second full-time job of chasing taxis.
After landing in the UK
Soft food as advised, hygiene, and a local check if something feels high. Keep our number. The story does not end at arrivals.

How fast can I travel after the form?
When imaging, quote, and clinic slots exist. Same-week holidays are rarely honest for a full ceramic case.
Do I pay online before the plan?
Do not send large sums before you have a written plan and a named clinic.
WhatsApp or form?
Either. The form keeps the enquiry on the website record. Both reach the same coordination.
How long is the whole journey?
Enquiry can be days. The stay is usually 5–7 days for veneers. Implants add a later trip.
Can you book my EasyJet ticket?
Usually you book the flight. We take it from landing.
What documents do I bring?
Passport, any X-rays, medication list, and the written plan.
Who meets me?
The arranged driver. You will have the coordinator number before you fly.
When is the last chance to cancel extra hotel nights?
Ask when we hold the room. Hotel rules differ; we tell you the deadline.
