How does whitening work on a coordinated trip?

Check the teeth
Decay, cracks, and gum disease are treated or postponed first. Whitening over decay is a bad plan.

Protect the gums
The dentist isolates soft tissue and applies the gel in clinic, or fits trays for home use.

Session
Time in the chair depends on the protocol. Sensitivity during the session is possible.

After colour
Avoid staining food and drink for a short period as advised. Shade can rebound slightly.

If you also have veneers
Whitening is done before ceramics, not after, if the goal is to match new work to a lighter base.

How long does teeth whitening take in Turkey?
A single in-clinic protocol can be one visit. Combined with veneers it sits inside the longer 5–7 day stay.
Does whitening work on crowns?
No. Ceramics and composites do not bleach. Mismatched old work may need replacement if colour bothers you.
Is it safe?
On healthy teeth, dentist-supervised whitening is widely used. Over-the-counter abuse and very high concentrations without isolation are the risk.
Will it hurt?
Sensitivity is the main side effect and usually fades in days. Severe pain is not normal.

How long do results last?
Months to a couple of years depending on tea, coffee, wine, and smoking. Top-ups may be needed.
Can I whiten and fly the same day?
Usually yes if you only had whitening. Sensitivity can make a long flight uncomfortable — we plan around that.
Is hotel included for whitening only?
A whitening-only visit may not need a multi-night package. Combined smile trips include hotel and VIP transfers.
